Refund Policy

We are working very hard every day to make sure that you get the best products for you and your furry family! This is why we have put in place a 30-day refund policy which gives you 30 days after receiving the item to make sure you are totally satisfied!

 

  • Send us an e-mail regarding the issue you came up with and let us know you would like a refund. We focus a lot of our attention on providing high-quality items and your satisfaction is our #1 goal.  By providing us with detailed information on your experience with us, you can allow us to become better at what we do and we are grateful for it!
  • Items must be intact with the tag still on unless defective. If the item has already been used please contact us so we can evaluate the situation and find a solution together. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. 
  • Once we receive the item, our team will review and process your request.  We will send you an email to let you know if your request was approved.
